ADVERTISING RATE CARD

(For companies wishing to advertise on this site)

Banners: Includes a link to your company site or a twelve page site (with quarterly add buy) per 2,000 impressions.

Banner on any illness page cost is $85/MO $225/quarter

Combination Buy on more than one illness page is $65/MO per page or $175/quarter.

Combination Buy on all illness pages is $750/MO or $1990/quarter.

Sponsorship Buy on all illness pages and on Home Page is $2,500/MO or $7000/quarter.

Commission discounts and terms:

18% discount to agencies: 5% in two weeks. Net in 30 days with a 1.5% charge if past due.

Banners must be supplied by customer and be less than 9K, in file size of 480x85 pixels.
